Dallas-Fort Worth Is Live

Dallas-Fort Worth is now live in Zephyr — including sold data.

That makes five MLSs, same cost. If you underwrite deals across Texas, you can now comp and analyze DFW inside the same workflow you're already using for Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Central Texas.

You can explore Dallas-area ZIPs, comp against solds, and underwrite deals without switching tools or stitching together bad data from three different places.

Zephyr Affiliate Program Is Open

We also launched the Zephyr affiliate program.

If you work with flippers — whether you're an investor, wholesaler, agent, coach, or educator — you can now apply to refer Zephyr and earn recurring commission on paying subscribers.
